All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. airmaxx events does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

airmaxx events and the hosting premises are a strictly NO smoking area. Smokers must leave the grounds and failure to comply with this may result with a fine.

Only children up to 10 years of age may play on the equipment for the safety and security of all users and/or equipment. If we have reason to believe that a child playing on the equipment is over 10 years of age and you are unable to provide otherwise, the child will be asked to leave the equipment with immediate effect.

Inflatable specifics and quantities can not be guaranteed. Inflatables provided are specific to suitable demographics including recommended age ranges and venue limitations and may differ those advertised. Services provided will ensure to provide a broad range suitable for all advertised age ranges.

It is recommended that children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.

airmaxx events do not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any valuable items.

Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times.

All play sessions are limited to 2 hours.

No food, drink or gum should be taken into the play area.

Groups are permitted to bring their own food into the premises however for the health and safety of other children with allergies, we ask that no items containing nuts/shellfish are brought on to the premises and for food products brought into the premises, must be sealed and contain a list of ingredients. Dispose of food and packaging responsibly and not to be taken on to the play equipment at any time. IF YOUR CHILD SUFFERS FROM AN ALLERGY, PLEASE INFORM A STAFF MEMBER.

Children who are unwell or recovering from a period of illness are not permitted to enter the play area under any circumstances. Children who display signs of illness will be asked to leave the premises in the interest of other guests.

All accidents must be reported to a member of staff and recorded in the accident book. Staff are not responsible for the supervision of children and airmaxx events cannot be held responsible for any accidents that occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.

Any damage to the play equipment must be reported to a member of staff as soon as possible.

Finally, it is the responsibility of the group host to ensure that these terms and conditions are adhered to by all party guests. Failure to comply, may result in guests being asked to leave the premises.

Upon purchasing tickets cancellations for any reason are charged at 100% of the total booking, you are not automatically entitled to a cooling off period under Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 - Catering and Leisure Supplies for a time specific date.
