- What inflatable equipment will be at the event?
We are unable to completely confirm what equipment will or will not be at your event. We are a travelling pop up inflatable playcentre facility stocking over 250 different inflatables and games, so the range is vast. However we are always dictated by the venue, the space available to us and other factors, which changes from location to location. We can ensure you that you will have a range of Bouncy Castles, Obstacle Courses, Slides, Soft Play and other games at a minimum.
- Is the event suitable for my baby?
We pride ourselves as being a family friendly event and try to cater for all. However, we do not charge for infants and therefore our demographic is 2-10 years old whom which we cater for. We will provide Soft Play and Ball Pools for infants to use, but the size and quantity of this is dictated by the space available at the venue. In our experience, the first morning session of the day is typically quieter and more gentle and most suitable for small babies and toddlers.
- Will you be holding SENs sessions?
SENs sessions are subject to availability and availability of the venue. In the event that we will be holding a SENs session, it will be clearly displayed on the ticket availability page. If our ticket system is not displaying a SENs session, then regrettably we will not be holding one on this occasion. In our experience, the first session of each day is typically quieter and more gentle. If you feel this will be a benefit to your child, please consider booking for the early session.
- Can I bring a number of adults or teenage children?
All our venue's have a capacity limit and ticket availability is set with venue costs and capacity in mind. To ensure that we do not exceed capacity and sell enough tickets to be viable, each ticket is limited to 2 guests.
- Its my child's birthday, can I bring a party of children along?
We welcome children in all groups and sizes, for all occasions, however please ensure that you have an adequate number of supervisory adults for your party.
- Can I or an appropriate adult use the equipment?
On occasions, you may wish to aid your young child on the equipment and this is permitted. Please note however, for safety purposes, adults and older siblings can not play, bounce or actively participate on the equipment but welcome to gently usher the child.
- Do you have your own staff at the venue?
Yes, we will have a number of staff at the event to aid check-in, check-out, safe use of play and in the event that an emergency procedure needs to be actioned. Please note that staff are not provided to replace adult supervision of your children, or to discipline others - this is the sole responsibility of the appropriate adults and we can not stress enough, the importance of active supervision to ensure all our guests enjoy their visit. If you need our assistance at anytime, please find staff member.
- Do I need to bring my ticket?
We will need to scan the QR code on your ticket to check you in upon entry. This is for fire safety. We will need to see your ticket either on paper, email or on your phone. Please have this ready upon entry.
- Are refreshments available?
We will be selling hot and cold drinks, snacks, fruit and crisps. We accept both debit/credit cards and cash for all purchases.
- Are you liability insured?
Yes, we hold £10 million public liability insurance. A copy of the insurance is available upon request.
- What happens if it rains?
During the cooler months (Oct - Mar) all our events are held indoors only. Weather will not affect the event.
- Are you available for private hire?

- What are the time sessions available?

- I've recently visited one of your events and left behind some property, what shall I do?
Don't panic. Any lost property located at the end of each session will be handed into the venue's management. contact us and we'll put you in touch.
